Chulucanas, el pueblo que combate el COVID-19 con creatividad y disciplina

A pesar de tener muchos menos recursos, en cuanto a disciplina parecen no estar tan lejos de países como Japón. Todos cumplen y aportan.

Chulucanas es una ciudad peruana conocida por sus cerámicas, tradición de la etnia indígena Tallándomelos, quienes son famosos por sus obras manuales costrumbristas y mestizas. Es un pueblo de pocos recursos, que saca a delante su economía con el cultivo y la exportación de frutas como el mango y el limón. Actividad económica que se ha visto paralizada por la llegada de una pandemia tan grave como el coronaviru, que ya suma más de 7,500 casos de personas contagiadas y 193 víctimas fatales en Perú.

De hecho, a pesar de sus increíbles medidas y disciplina, Chulucanas tiene a una de las p personas fallecidas, una niña de dos años que murió a causa del COVID-19, habiendo sido ella una de los cinco casos de contagios en el poblado.

A pesar de su trágico deceso, este humilde pueblo de Perú ha mantenido una baja tasa de contagios, y esto se puede explicar por las medidas que han tomado, pero sobre todo por la disciplina y la creatividad del pueblo chulucano.

Todos se preocupan de respetar las medidas impuestas por las autoridades, porque saben que es para el mayor beneficio del pueblo.

Una de estas medidas es el sacro respeto del distanciamiento social en toda actividad que se realiza en la calle o centros de abastecimientos de suministros básicos. Debido a que en esta ciudad y al igual que en todo Perú, se ha decretado la cuarentena obligatoria para evitar la propagación del coronavirus, junto con otras medidas como el abastecimiento de productos básicos que deben ser repartidos por los municipios tras recibirlos del gobierno central.

Pero sin duda es al momento de hacer la fila para comprar en el supermercado o para realizar otra actividad importante, cuando se ve la disciplina de este pueblo. Ya que ayudados por uniformados, realizan largas filas en las que hay visiblemente metros de distancia entre cada persona, las cuales son guiadas para dicho cumplimiento a través de dibujos en el suelo.

Pero eso no es todo, debido a que también los mismos trabajadores del Banco de la Nación de Chulucanas, han demostrado su creatividad inventando unos rústicos artefactos hechos con un tubo de PVC y un colador, para que de esa manera los clientes depositen sus documentos y dinero previniendo el contacto que podría facilitar el contagio de COVID-19.

Sin duda, más iniciativas como está irán surgiendo, ya que la gente está decidida a aportar con ingenio y creativas para prevenir el temido contagio.
